At our Battersea Bridge Road project we are currently undertaking the 1st fix for electrical & plumbing on all floors. The sprinkler and mechanical ventilation are also on 1st fix and works are on going for floors 1-6. Brickwork to the external walls is ongoing with the SFS and window install at 90% for floors 1-6.

Our Foxley Lane, Purley project is now complete. There are 41 units on this project comprising of 1, 2 & 3 bedrooms and the internal finishes along with the sizes these properties are outstanding and our Client is extremely happy with these new homes.

At our Graphite Square project in Vauxhall, the window installation on all 3 blocks is now complete up to level 5 and the internal plasterboard walls have commenced. The blockwork partitions are 95% completed at basement level, sprinkler and main SVP piping is ongoing in the basement along with the mains connection and drainage works.

Foxley Lane is nearing completion with the landscape works now complete and the next step is to remove the hoarding and install the new railings around the project.

At our Foxley Lane project Block A now has all the electric cabling in with Block B nearing. The adapted units on the ground floors are currently having the kitchens fitted along with the internal doors, skirtings and architraves. Stair case in both buildings have now completed on the skirting, aprons and handrails.

The Marketing Suite on our Yelverton Road project is now complete

Block A: Façade SFS stud installations have progressed up to 8th floor. CP panel installations progressed up to 4th floor. Block B: Façade SFS stud installations have progressed up to 10th floor. CP panel installations progressed up to 4th floor. Block C: Façade SFS stud installations have progressed up to 10th floor. CP panel installations progressed up to 8th floor.

The Marketing Suite on our Stirling Road project is now complete.

Vision held their Summer Event at Clays Bar in Canary Wharf on Friday where everyone enjoyed interactive clay target shooting, along with some amazing sharing platters and of course a few drinks. It was great to get everyone together and see all the team having fun and catching up.

The Frame Work on our Battersea Bridge Road project is now complete. We are looking forward to commencing the next stage of this project.

On our Stirling Road project the brickwork to Block B is now complete with the scaffold being struck and Block S brickwork is due to complete next month. Internally the floors are being laid with snagging taking place and the completion of the Marketing Suite.

Vision are pleased to announce that we are starting a new project in Banstead which consists of the demolition of the remaining structures, and redevelopment to provide 5 x four bedroom and 8 x five bedroom bespoke detached house accessed via an internal circuit road framing a central water body. This will include associated works for the purpose of landscaping and the restoration of a former bunker dating back to 1938.

Our site on Battersea Bridge Road is currently being decked on the second floor with the concrete slab pour commencing later this week.

Project Update – Yelverton Road, Battersea The Gullies have been installed on the roof with 100% of the waterproofing and insulation now complete on the roof. The balconies have also been waterproofed up to the 16th Floor. Internally the works are also progressing with the SVP connected from the basement to the roof, plumbing mains in the corridors are up to the 15th floors now. The mains cabling for the 1st fix are up to the 16th floor with the drylining partition walls also completed up to the 16th floor. The 1st fix for the ventilation ducting and sprinklers are complete up to the 16th floor.

The roof works on Block A and Block B will be 100% completed by the end of March, with Fire Stopping works at 80% complete. Internally the 1st fix electrical works are 90% complete, windows are 85% complete and the plasterboard wall closing up has started in Block B.

At Graphite Square we have now had the 4th floor slab poured for the podium terrace garden. The building is being spilt into 3 blocks consisting of Block A up to the 4th floor, Block B up to the 5th floor and Block C up to the 6th floor.

At our Roslin Road project we have started internal works with the M&E 1st fix now up to level 7 and the Drylining 1st fix now at level 12. Externally the scaffolding is now fully erected and the Brickwork is now completed to level 5. Wall closing has now started from level 1 to 3.

Kitchen Package Managers Position – 4 month Contract commencing January 2023 We are currently seeking 2no Package Managers to oversee and Manage the delivery and Installation of 178no kitchens to separate projects in Acton, London W3 and Battersea, London SW11. We are looking for Managers with proven experience in Internal fit out on high end residential high-rise apartments preferably with a Carpentry trade background. The successful applicants will be responsible for the kitchen packages as detailed below. • Ensuring that the required elements to complete the Kitchen installation works are contained within the delivery to site from the Manufacturer. Logging any items that are missing and ensuring that all missing elements are re delivered to allow the works to be completed. • Overseeing the Sub Contract Kitchen Installers loading out the kitchens to the respective apartment units, ensuring that the correct elements are loaded out to the units in good condition. Part of the role will be noting and logging any damage that has been caused to the kitchen units during the loading out process by the Sub Contract Installer as well as any items that may have gone missing during this process. • Liaising with the relevant Mechanical and Electrical Contractors to ensure that the M & E services are in place and to the correct position to ensure that the Kitchen can be installed to suit the programme and layout plan. • Managing the Kitchen Installation process, agreeing and monitoring programmes with the Installation Sub Contractor and the Senior Site Manager. • Ensuring that the Kitchen is installed to the required standard, snagging the kitchen when offered for acceptance by the Sub Contractor, confirming that the snagging is complete, liaising with the stone worktop manufacturers and Installers to ensure that the templating works are completed to schedule and the worktop installations are complete thereafter. • Checking and signing off a QA form to demonstrate that each kitchen, its appliances and worktops are complete and in full working order and notifying the Senior QS of any outstanding issues or defects that are preventing the Kitchen package being 100% satisfactorily complete.

At Graphite Square the level 3 slab has now been poured in Block C. Block B level 2 slab has also been poured and the link slab between Block C and B decking is installed on level 2. Level 1 slab poured in Block A and the link slab between Block A and B on level 1 is now decked.

At Graphite Square we have finished constructing the massive basement with 80% of the ground floor slab now poured. Blocks are loaded ready to construct the inner walls to the Basement meanwhile above ground Blocks B & C are almost at level 2 with Block A ground floor scheduled for pour in the next 7 days.

Project Update – Yelverton Road, Battersea The concrete frame if now 100% completed to the top floor including the lift shaft. Plumbing works are fully underway up to the 3rd floor and the SFS MetSec is now up to the 17th floor with boards fitted up to the 5th floor. Ventilation ducting is now at the 10th floor with the Sprinkler main pipes fitted up to the 9th. Scaffold is now erected up to the 16th floor with the Hoist going up this week.

The brick work on our Roslin Road project has progressed to level 4 with the external drylining having progressed all the way up to level 14. All internal 1st fix is now up to level 6/7 and with all windows installed on this project. The waterproofing of the balconies is up to level 13.
